About The Farm at Glen Mary
The Farm at Glen Mary offers a range of grass-fed and pasture-raised meats including beef (Angus, Angus/Hereford cross, Highland), pork (Red wattles, Berkshire, Hampshire, Tamaworth and Ossabaw), chicken and turkeys. Our beef and pork are USDA-slaughtered and processed, vacuum-packed frozen. Our meats are available by the cut or as a custom order (quarter, half and whole). We arrange transportation to processing facility. Our beef is dry-aged. The Farm at Glen Mary is MDA-certified to process poultry on the farm. We offer boneless skinless chicken breast, split breast, thighs, drumsticks, wings, necks, backs, liver, as well as half-chicken and whole chicken. Our turkeys are available in season.

Farm Production System
Our beef is Grass-fed, naturally raised: no antibiotics, no growth implants or hormones, never fed animal by-products, GMO-free, soy-free. Our animals have year round access to an array of free choice minerals and are grazed on pasture using mob-grazing techniques. In winter the cattle are fed hay purchased from local farms. Our pigs have access to over 60 acres of woodland and pasture. They forage for acorns, roots, walnuts and grasses. The pork is humanely raised, and finished on pasture. Never treated with antibiotics, vaccines or growth hormones. Our birds graze on lush pastures and are supplemented with a non-gmo feed from a local mill. We never give our birds medications, antibiotics, hormones or animal by-products. Chicks arrive a day after hatching and live out the rest of their days on our farm.
