About Milling Ritter Meat
Milling Ritter Meat offers beef (Angus/Hereford) by the cut or as a custom order (whole, half, or quarter side). Our livestock are USDA slaughtered and processed, vacuum packed and wrapped frozen (whole, half, quarter and cuts). We can arrange transportation of animal to slaughter/ process facility and delivery to customer. Our beef is dry-aged 2 weeks.

Farm Production System
Our beef is naturally raised on pasture,100% grass-fed and grass-finished, using rotational grazing practices and fed hay (when weather conditions do not permit grazing). Humanely raised, no growth implants, no antibiotics ever, never fed animal byproducts, GMO free, Soy free.
