About Fairfield Farm
Fairfield Farm offers beef (Angus/Limousine cross), pork (Duroc/Chester White cross), and goat (Boer). Our livestock are USDA-slaughtered and processed, vacuum-packed frozen. Meat is available by the cut or as a custom order (whole, half, quarter side). We arrange for transportation for processing, and delivery to customer and the various retail outlets listed below. Pork products include bacon and smoked ham steaks, sausage bulk (maple, Italian and sage), patties and grillers. Our beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 10 days.

Farm Production System
Our beef is naturally raised on pasture. Grain-fed and grain-finished. All our animals have access to pasture. We feed them hay and supplement with grain (corn and oats grown and harvested on our farm) as necessary. Humanely raised, no growth implants, antibiotics used when medically necessary, never fed animal byproducts.
