About Trossbach Family Meats:

At Trossbach Family Meats, we invite you to experience the exceptional quality of our beef and pork. We sell only all-natural freezer beef and pork, raised on our family farm in Dameron, Maryland, near the Chesapeake Bay.

Our market ready animals are processed by a local USDA inspected facility, which takes great care in ensuring the same humane treatment that the animals were given throughout their life is continued through processing. Our beef is hung (dry-aged) for a minimum of 14 days to ensure tenderness and flavor. Angus beef and pork (York Hampshire cross) is sold by whole or half side, or individual cuts (USDA processed, packaged and vacuum-sealed). Custom orders available. We arrange for transportation of animal to processing facility and delivery to customer. We also offer bacon, sausages and specialty beef cuts. See our Facebook page for details and special offers.

Farm Production System

Our Angus beef is naturally raised on pasture (grass-fed and grain-finished). Hogs are naturally raised (grain-fed and grain-finished). Animals are humanely raised without added hormones or growth implants. Never fed animal by-products. No antibiotics are used, ever.
